VERMES Jet valves is an independet producer of low maintenance piezo MicroDispensingSystems of Maximum accuracy and dependence. The focus of applications for VERMES Technikc MicroDispensingSystems (MDS) is μ gluing, μ marking, μ lubricating, μ spraying as well as fine dispensing of almost every customer specific media.
Below are the features for the MDS 3000 family:

Type of Medium :
(1) The MDS 3010A for low viscous media up to ca. 300 mPas
(2) The MDS 3020A for low and medium viscous media up to ca. 8 000 mPas
(3) The MDS 3200A for high viscous media up to 2 000 000 mPas
(4) The MDS 3200F for high viscous media for very small drops with high repeatability

VERMES MicroDispensingSystems uses high power piezo stack makes it extremely fast opening and closing of the valve.
Real time opening and closing of valve at full stroke up to 1000Hz. The powerful piezo has the advantages to allow to Jet at different dispensing height. The highest viscosity capability to Jet up to 2Million cps. It has the smallest size & light weight about 210g and has a very low maintenance and cleaning can be done in short time.

VERMES design makes it easy for the user to use and at different kind of applications, use just need to change the nozzle & fluidbox cater from Jetting a glue to a spray application without changing the body of the valve. Thus, this will be a cost saving for the use to purchase a brand new valve if they need to use for other applications.

MDS 3010A

The jet valve MDS 3010A is mainly used for dispensing aqueous solutions or low viscous oils with up to 300 mPas. It is recommended for its high precision.
Fast: Opening and closing of the valve for max needle lift with up to 450 Hz, nonstop operation with up to 250 Hz.
Versatile: Freely adjustable parameter settings allow to customize the jet properties to the fluid properties.
Precise: High repeatability of drop-to-drop dispensing volume for media with up to 300 mPas. Dispensing into cavities, grooves and irregular surfaces.
Flexible: The modular design of the MDS 3010A allows user defined configurations for various applications. You can adjust the same system to very different process and fluid parameters of low viscous media with the exchange of just a few parts.

You can use a number of different nozzle units for a wide range of media and dot sizes.

You can choose from several different components materials, which allows for virtually unlimited media compatibility.


MDS 3020A

For medium viscous fluids (up to ca. 8.000 mPas) the Microdispensing System MDS 3020A is the perfect choice.
Fast: Opening and closing of the valve for max needle lift with up to 450 Hz, nonstop operation with up to 250 Hz..
Versatile: Freely adjustable parameter settings allow to customize the jet properties to the fluid properties.
Precise: High repeatability of drop-to-drop dispensing volume for media with up to 8.000 mPas. Dispensing into cavities, grooves and irregular surfaces.
Flexible: The modular design of the MDS 3020A allows user defined configurations for various applications. You can adjust the same system to very different process and fluid parameters of low or medium viscous media with the exchange of just a few parts.

MDS 3200A

Piezo valve for jetting high viscous fluids with up to 2.000.000 mPas. Nonstop operation with up to 600 Hz possible. High process stability and flexibility thanks to modular design. Low total cost of ownership (TCO).
Fast: Opening and closing of the valve for max needle lift with up to 1.000 Hz, nonstop operation with up to 600 Hz.
Versatile: Freely adjustable parameter settings allow to customize the jet properties to the dispense fluid properties.
 
Electronic control unit allows change of dispensing parameters without delay.
 
Also compatible for low or medium viscous media (if the tappets are switched often or if the dispensing amounts are very small).
Precise: High repeatability of drop-to-drop dispensing volume for media of all viscisities. Dispensing into cavities, grooves and irregular surfaces.
Powerful: Converting the force of the latest generation piezo through sophisticated mechanics, the system can jet highest viscosity media with pressures of up to 1.000 bar.

MDS 3200F

The MDS 3200F differs from the MDS 3200A through an added adjusting screw, which limits the needle lift mechanically - independant from the piezo. This enables the system to access the maximum system power even with limited tappet movements. At the same time it is fully compatible with all the component parts of the MDS 3200A and retains the same wide range of functionalities and potential dispensing media.
Fast: Opening and closing of the valve for max needle lift with up to 2.000 Hz, nonstop operation with up to 600 Hz.
Versatile:

Freely adjustable parameter settings allow customizing the jet properties to the dispense fluid properties. Electronic control unit allows change of dispensing parameters without delay.

Also compatible for low or medium viscous media (if the tappets are switched often or the dispensing amounts are very small).

Precise: Application of very small dots with low droplet diameters, but still reproducible amounts of dispensed medium. Software enhanced parameter finding guarantees the reproducibility of dispensing results and uncomplicated operation by the user. This is true even for systems in parallel assignment.
Powerful: Converting the force of the latest generation piezo through sophisticated mechanics, the system can jet highest viscosity media with pressures of up to 1000 bar.
Flexible: The compact build of the valve with variable cable connections allows its use even under difficult condotions with limited space. The system is fully compatible with the whole range of component parts of the established MDS 3200A, including nozzle inserts and other parts in contact with the dispense media. Therefore the MDS 3200F has the same functionality as the MDS 3200A.
